Zeus Oil & Gas has an ongoing relationship with Origin Energy LPG Terminal – Port Botany. We provide Operations, Ship Unloading and Maintenance Personnel. We also undertake mandatory testing and specialist projects.
We were engaged to replace their 30-year-old odorant injection system with an updated ICE system, to meet EPA Guidelines
The works involved constructing a new building adjacent to the existing, installation of all new equipment and services, including cutting a new flow meter into the major LPG pipe line of the Terminal.
After commissioning and testing we then cut over supply from the old system to the new one, which required and involved procedure to ensure that no mercaptan escaped.
Following successful reliability testing of the new system we decommissioned the old system and removed all redundant equipment.
