Project Details
Zeus Oil & Gas undertake compliance testing of LPG Tanks and vessels. Australian Standards require that internal inspection and vessel thickness testing should be undertaken every 10 years in service.
The process involves removing all useable LPG from the vessel by process or road tanker, purge the vessel with nitrogen via a flare to displace any remaining LPG vapour, then purge the nitrogen from the vessel with air until the atmosphere is contaminant free and the oxygen level is suitable for personnel entry. We have the testing equipment and control processes to trace this process
We have the personnel, to decommission, enter confined spaces, overhaul or replace equipment and recommission your vessel, we can refer inspection to our Vessel Inspection and NDT consultants.
