Port Kembla Tug Berth

Project Details

Zeus Oil & Gas was selected to fabricate and install a remote fuel line to allow refuelling of Tugs at a new floating berth at Port Kembla.

The works included: –

An in-ground spill box and valve for road tanker unloading directly to a Tug.

200 metres of HDPE (Nupi) double wall underground pipe work, which allows for the interstitial space to be tested on a regular basis.

Flexible hoses to pipe work on the walkway and floating platform, to allow for tidal movement of the floating berth.

Control valves and hoses on the floating berth for connection to Tugs for refuelling.
